"THE SEVING STAFF WAS EXTEMELY RUDE. ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"This Hampton Inn has a very good free breakfast selection, better than any other free breakfast hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were nice when we encountered them but didn’t see them much. "The bathroom and room were dirty and had a very strong odor. The microwave didn’t work and the staff response was “ok thank you” and nothing else. The breakfast made us not feel well. Until about 1 am there were people stomping and running around the halls and no ordinance followed or maintained."

"The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!"
