"First of all the hotel is very clean and has a nice upscale appearance. The lobby can be rather crowded at times with a busy coffee shop and a busy bar area in the evenings. The staff was professional and courteous. They were more than willing to help. We had a double queen bedroom, which had adequate space. The room was nicely appointed and the bedding was excellent. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice. All the necessary amenities were provided in the room and you can use your TV to request items that you may have forgotten. They also offered to bring up a mini fridge to our room at no charge however we didn’t need to use one. The room does come with a beverage refrigerator, so we were able to keep our bottles of water in there. Two luggage racks were provided so that was useful for our baggage. If I was pressed to find areas which could be improved, I suppose it would be that the room itself is rather narrow, and there’s not much room in the walkway around the end of the beds. In addition, I would hope for more drawer space in the room. But for our purposes, the room was more than adequate and well appointed. The hotel is in a great location about a five minute walk from the edge of the Boston Common. There are many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, and you are close to Chinatown as well. Government center is about a 15 minute walk away, and Faneuil Hall is just beyond there, so the hotel is in a really good spot. "

"The Parker House is a historical property in a great location near Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. However, the property feels old and dated. Hallways aren’t well kept, saw an anima running along the floor one night. Issues with the electricity in the room, could feel static. Main light would not stay on. Overall, a disappointing Omni experience. Would not stay again. "

"Our favorite hotel in seaport, Boston. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel located centrally to seaport and is a bridge over to downtown and north end. Hotel also sits above the SILVER LINE, which means free bus ride from Logan to Courthouse and only $2.50 for the return trip to Logan. Best part, the food options around the area is incredible. Our fav is lunch at Flour. Also Yotel is neighbor to Trader Joe’s for any grocery needs. Hotel floor have filtered water station, a cost saving in seaport. Only complaint would be the finicky elevator and the non responsive elevator key card. If overall, we love this hotel given its room size handicap and occasionally ridiculous A.I. pricing structures.
