"I have to say that the staff were super friendly and very welcoming, not only the bar staff but also the breakfast chef and even the cleaner! The inn was situated in a nice out of town area surrounded by fields. There is a business nextdoor but there was no overnight noise from it. The food and the beer were amazing too. Breakfast was good, though you had to order the previous night, so you are stuck with what you ordered no matter what kind of night you have!"

"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"The property is old beams, four poster beds, sloping floors, beautiful property nice restaurant local to shops pubs and staff young and very helpful and polite nothing too much trouble, our room had a king size 4 poster bed high but very comfortable good shower too, definitely be going back again food was very good also and when you stay you get 10% off food and drink"
