Located on the border of the Maxvorstadt and Schwabing neighborhoods, there are a lot of great cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. within walking distance. It’s also near transit options, very walkable to Alstadt and the main Munich attractions (a pleasant 15 minute walk), as well as the English Garden (10 minute walk). It is a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of college age folks around, so it tends to be louder in the evenings, but...

"We loved our stay here! Great location just off the main road with two metro stations in short walking distance. Supermarket nearby and lots of cafes for breakfast. Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Reception staff were nice and helpful for any requests/info we had. Also had lockers on departure where we could store our luggage till we flew home"
