"We absolutely loved our stay at Ibis Paradiso. The location was very good, the price was super affordable, the staff was wonderful, everything was perfect, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, cleanliness was 10/10. They have a very nice lobby/common area where you can sip as much extremely delicious coffee as you want for free. The hotel's restaurant was also incredible, we ate there the first evening; the food and the staff were also 10/10. There was only a bit of noise in the mornings from the cleaning staff and some low IQ guests laughing very loudly in the corridor at 1 AM, but overall, I can easily place our stay at Ibis Paradiso straight in the A tier. This was extremely close to perfection to be honest. We recommend 100%."

"This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic. Gabrielle and the entire staff at Swiss Diamond were/are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The spa was beautiful as well! Very relaxing! Thank you thank you Thank you"

"We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. Also you can hire a boat down by the lake which was a highlight. Not far to drive to Lugano or morcote or you can get the train easily. Loved it and would stay again!"
