"Perfect location in Lugano. The hotel is definitely a bit dated and aged, but in that nice summer holiday family vibe, not bad at all. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms could definitely benefit from a few more little amenities like extra pillows, a safe, etc."

"Immaculate, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Strong, hot, shower. Decent air conditioning. The only oddity is lack of microwave, but you get an oven instead (and food reheated that way tastes better, anyway). If you like windows open, the road by the property is not quiet on weekday mornings, and there are no reliable spots to find food anywhere near the property. But that's kind of an Italy thing, anyway. Learn the bus system before you arrive -- it's state-of-the-art and your best bet in the hills. "

"We loved this hotel ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food, the pool was relaxing (although there was a lot of construction noise next door) along with the evening music. I would def recommend this hotel. But I have an issue with Expedia and cannot get through to a live person to discuss !!"
