"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. "Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops.
