"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. "I arrived at 9pm. There door was locked and no one was at the desk. I wandered to a hotel next door and they told me to go back. I waited in the rain for 10-15 the guy to show up. Getting the room was easy. However parking is 700 meters away. I had to drive to a random lot and walk back with my bag in the rain. Also brealfast is only one hour. 730 to 830. So I missed it. "
