"Shower unit was rusty in one corner . Was not aware that no transport from hotel to zoo was provided for elderly and infirmed people. My wife is 81 and walked with a stick so found the walk to and from zoo exhausting . We had booked VIP experience at zoo so had to do the walk or lose the money"

"The property is newly built, which is very clean and nice. I thought the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient. The shuttle to Disney is restricted to time windows, but these time windows were very convenient to my family. I liked that there is a grocery store on the same block as the hotel, which was very convenient."

"Wir sind gerne im ace Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Frühstück und als wir das letzte Mal da waren, waren es draußen 38 grad. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, es war sehr schön kühl im Zimmer. Der Check in ging sehr schnell und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative war, dass wir ein schmutziges Handtuch im Badezimmer (zusammengelegt) hatten aber das hab ich ausgetauscht. Ansonsten werden...

"This bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in thru our current travels across Europe. The bathroom was tight which I didn’t care for. Loved it had a decent sized fridge and a kitchen area. Lots of space for all our luggage. The water bottle refill station by elevator was extremely useful! Loved that! Shuttle took us to Disneyland but check the schedule for how often it runs. It takes a long break mid day and we had to uber back because we were hot and tired and ready to go. Parking was...

" Kamer zag er schoon uit we hadden wel chips van vorige gast onder het bed gevonden en haren in het doucheputje wat minder was. We hadden soms last van insecten. Bedden waren schoon en netjes. Matras niet hard, wij hebben er heerlijk op geslapen. Het is geen luxe hotel, geen hoge verwachtingen hebben. Het is verder prima te doen."

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

Parking également payant alors que tous les hôtels du coin le propose gratuitement. Au final prix de la nuit bien plus élevé que prévu."
