Arrived fairly late in the evening and was up and out first thing so didn’t actually get to enjoy any of the facilities but they certainly looked great

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation
Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush.
Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations.
Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators.
Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture.
Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry.
Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.

"The hosts were incredible, they could not do enough for me. Loaned me a bike for the day so I can visit the sites and explore. Thank you guys you were an absolute joy. A 10 minute from the centre of town but quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend."
