"The room had black mold on the walls and floor. The refrigerator did not work. Pool was not open. The pool I can live with. As an individual with asthma, the mold made it hard to breathe. When I said something about the room and the mold issue, I was told all rooms were booked however there were more than half the rooms empty all night. "Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes.
