"Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property.
Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing "

"Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. "

"We had a great time at Lumut Cube. The communication was smooth and the place was very clean & comfortable. The location is conveniently located to access nearby eateries with our own transport. I would definitely come again!"
