"La struttura è bellissima e ricca di un fascino che trasporta indietro nel tempo. Si tratta però di un edificio antico e molto molto grande che necessiterebbe di investimenti ingenti. L'appartamento da me prenotato non era adatto ad una famiglia con bambini e il suo livello di manutenzione non era accettabile. Bellissimi gli ambienti comuni e buona la colazione. Le ragazze alla reception molto disponibili"

"My husband and I had an amazing time on our stay. The property is so stunning and dreamy with breathtaking views of Val D'Orcia. We were pleased with the ample parking and an EV charging station on site. Staff also offered to assist with luggage, dinners and the complimentary breakfast were delicious, and the office was so accommodating with our wedding shoot prep and early check-in. La posizione dell’hotel é ottima, ad una decina di minuti da Siena centro. 4 stelle e non 5 perché ci sono alcune accortezze che lo renderebbero perfetto: La sala colazione è buia, fredda, andrebbe ristrutturata. La quantità e la scelta di cibo sono mediocri, nulla di eccezionale per essere un 4 stelle. "Hotel Minerva was in a prime location. It was clean but found the rooms a little dated. It might just be the European way but found things seemed a little tired. The breakfast was good. But the eggs were a little cold as they had been out for a while. The fresh ones were hotter. Good variety. "

"This hotel is stunning, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and its the first hotel I've stayed at where they follow their own rule of not replacing towels if you keep them hung up! My only complaint was that the pool chairs photographed were not set up even though it was a warm May weekend but perhaps these are only set up in the summer. "
