"This was my 6th stay at this property and this time I stayed for five nights. It is a clean, basic and comfortable. The staff has always been helpful but the person managing the breakfast on Tuesday was not. He was on his phone the entire time we were there. There were no biscuits and after determing he wasnt going to hang up his call, I just stuck my head in the door and said we needed more biscuits. After eating I went back to get a banana but they were also gone so again I interrupted...

"We were put in a pet room. I asked not to be put in that room and the receptionist said she could not change it because thst is what expedia had booked. I dont have pets and did not request that so if that is an automatic booking through expedia that needs to be changed."

"5 out of 5 stars Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind. Everything within a 5 minute distance from hotel. Breakfast had a great selection of food including bagels, cereals, fruits, muffins, and eggs. Check in and check out was a breeze since you were able to do it through your phone. Pool was a nice temperature as well and very clean. If we ever come back to Winchester, we will definitely be staying here again."
