"We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good. "Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao. "
