"We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff were amazing and they all seemed very happy in their jobs. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious, the best Chocolate Brownie ive ever had! "There was a slight confusion with the room allocation, which the reception staff on Friday evening rectified with consideration and courtesy. The room was prepared to a very high standard. Our stay was for two night's (bed/breakfast). The buffet style breakfast was to a very high standard, fresh and hot.
All the hotel staff were courteous, polite and deticated to delivering a perfect customer experience.
Would recommend this hotel very highly. "
