"Laundry machine crowded "

"Ok, so Te Anau to NZ is kind of like Myrtle Beach is the U.S. cheap and touristy. Hotels and restaurants both. With that said this hotel was very much in that vein. Sink was so low it seemed made for a child, where tub was so high it bordered on dangerous. Toilet had some very ugly stains. Staff and location were excellent. As hotels in this city go I have a feeling it is a typical hotel, however I would recommend spending a little more and staying elsewhere "

"Park was good, clean tidy cabins, no free internet as advertised over our 2 night stay, staff said to many users. Please dont advertise free wifi if you cant deliver. In places the ground wasnt level so it was dangerous at night when walking to ablution block"

"It is a nice caravan site. It is nicely centrally located in Te Anau, making it easy to walk anywhere you need. Would recommend if staying overnight in the area, it does the job. "

"Lots of room and spacious. Check in team was wonderful. We had someone come to the room twice with room service and it was the wrong room. One time the door was cracked and he knocked and still started to come in! "
