"If you only care about location and a cheap price, then this place would work for you. This hotel needs lots of TLC. For me it seems like this place used to be a very good hotel, but they have neglected maintenance. Everything was old (beyond usual wear and tear), especially the mattresses. The restaurant's prices are really inflated, and honestly for nothing. Anyhow, the reception and bell hop staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Our stay at the Steigenberger Resort & Spa was great. It fully met our expectations of a 5-star hotel in terms of comfort, and the service from the staff was exceptional. I would, however, note that on our last night, there was a wedding reception that lasted until 11:30 PM. The music was very loud and prevented us from sleeping. After voicing our concerns to the floor manager, we found him to be empathetic; he addressed the situation immediately and brought the volume down to a reasonable level."

It’s not about luxury or being fancy—it’s about art, history, and feeling connected to the culture. Every corner has something special. The Wi-Fi was 10/10, which was honestly something I had struggled to find during my trip. And the Egyptian breakfast was delicious! The falafel, eggs, fries, vegetables, and all the different flavors were such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my stay so special. I will be coming back to Egypt next year, and I will definitely stay at Cleopatra Hotel again. ❤️🇪🇬"

"Everything mad everyone was very very good , had a very good 10 day in Pyramisa and I do recommend this hotel if you in Luxor I didn’t have any problems, whole time was a pleasure .
