"Everything is good room and all the amenities is good apart from the breakfast not much option and variety to choice it’s all they same food all the time, very cold the food as well, for the charge about the breakfast is not worth it spend it.And the wifi is very slow on and off as well. The hotel is in a great location, central to a lot of things as far as malls and markets go. And the surrounding area is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and friendly"

"Towel service is a nightmare, they need to replace the towels that are very old and look dirty and discolored. Pillows are so bad that when you wake up they are too thin to support your head I had a back ache when I woke up. Bed sheets are very old and I'm not even sure if they change them as the customer checks out. the hall way smells so bad like moldy scent. Our double lock door is missing. This property definitely in need of renovation. We will never stay in this hotel again. Very...

"This hotel needs upgrade. I’ve stayed this hotel early1980’s and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Bed is too small and hard ( size good for kids only). Towels are old and rough. Room is dark and bathroom faucet needs change. Room and bathroom is dark need to change lighting. No vanity mirror in the bathroom. Bathtub should be changed to walk-in shower. No bidet in the toilet.
This hotel should rate 2 stars not 4 stars.
Breakfast not good."

"I had a wonderful experience at Quest. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish.
The entire property features immaculately clean amenities, and my room was spotless and fully stocked with all the supplies I needed. Whenever I had a request, the team provided a lightning-fast response.
Another major highlight was the onsite restaurant, which has a huge selection of options that easily satisfied all my cravings.
Thank you for the outstanding service!"
