"Very nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants and Ayala Shopping Mall. Very delicious breakfast buffet but it gets very crowded so go early. The hot water was not working very well during our stay, but other than that very much enjoyed our stay."

"The place is amazingly beautiful but the staff are not very helpful. You cannot bring your small kitchen appliances that we purchased from SM which is ridiculous. What are they thinking? We pay lots of money to stay in this hotel and use our appliances? The pools closes at 7pm which is way too ..."
