"Misleading Listing – Not as Advertised I am writing this review to warn future travelers. Unfortunately, this property is highly overrated. I ignored previous negative reviews and gave the owner a chance, but they were completely right. This is a privately rented SMDC condo near the airport. Transportation is limited—no jeepneys, only taxis (around PHP 200 to Mall of Asia). Cleanliness was poor. The unit had a mouldy smell, dusty fan, non-working air conditioner, and a toilet needing upgrade....
