All the guards were courteous, helpful, always enthusiastic & cheerfully performing their duties. Thumbs up to them! The house keeping crews were courteous, always attentive to our needs/requests. About their cleaning skills, there’s more room for improvement to some of them. They need to be more thorough…the request was CLEAN THE ROOM…not just empty the trash, replaced the towels & toilet paper then that’s it. What happened to CLEANING? Just a suggestion, ask your cleaning crew to use Mold & Mildew Cleaner to clean the bathroom /shower floor. (Wear mask) Saturate those areas with blackish build up then SCRUB. Take a photo before & after, you will see a big difference & it will improve the dampness odor. So much for that! There’s couple of male receptionists, instead of dealing with our issue with our room, they just blew it off. They blabbered so many nonsense reasoning but did not even lift a finger to really tackle our real issue. Then the next day, we called the front desk & a female receptionist answered. We told her our dilemma, within few minutes, she came to check our room & immediately she helped us moved in to a more preferable unit. Her initiative to help was admirable. We really like the size of one bedroom unit, the floor plan & the decoration with functionality. We also enjoy going in & out of the mall with no sweat. We might stay there again next year.

Staff and security were great! Access to the greenhills mall is convenient. Location to all shops and restos superb! Arrived and efficient security guards greeted us. Reception desk was unmanned. Waited 5 minutes to register. No coffee shop. Thats a shame. No laundry service. Another negative. Room was clean. Bed mattress, linen and pillows are very satisfactory. Kitchenette definitely assisted in making our stay pleasant. Strong sewerage smell emanating from the bathroom.

Room was clean but the bed was creaky. We were told Engineering would fix it but they never did. Shower area needs better cleaning. Staff was very courteous.

Checked in and the pillow had stains. The place mat had black wet stains as if someone had just checked out and they didn’t even bother to change the mats. Fridge was also turned off, not sure why. Besides the accessibility to the mall, there’s really no reason why anyone should check into this hotel. You can tell the housekeeping is done at a bare minimum.

Very clean and comfortable stay at a great location. The bed was the most comfy! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Feels very safe to walk around the neighborhood. Even when it’s raining, there is a direct indoor path to Green Hills mall which has everything. For bargain shoppers, there is also a flea market section where you can bargain for cheap souvenirs. I will definitely stay here again!

There was an accident during our stay. The shower enclosure made of glass got shattered when a family member opened it after she took shower….the glass debris/particles spread out all over the bathroom floor. Luckily, her wounds caused by glass particles were non life-threatening. I believe that the glass enclosure set (including its handles and rollers) had a manufacturing defect because the glass was thick but it probably was brittle or partially cracked and the handles/rollers attached to it were not properly screwed, not lubricated well, or not functioning properly. The property (entire building) is new, has been in operation only for the past 6 months, so it is almost impossible that materials used for the bathroom fixtures are old. The security guards who acted as paramedics were very professional and helpful. They were able to perform first-aid to treat wounds successfully.
