"Innerhalb des Hotels waren die Räumlichkeiten und das Spa sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist ein Hafen/Industriegebiet, also spazieren am Abend eher nicht. Das Zimmer selber war sehr dunkel gehalten und eher klein dimensioniert."

The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "It was a good place for us to stay, as we toured around Gothenburg. Good size small fridge, with a freezer, hair dryer in the bathroom, and a washer. We did not use the washer but it's there if you need it. The dishwasher functioned very well. The one thing to be prepared for, is that the loft ceiling is very, very low. "Das Zimmer wurde nicht gutvgereinigt. Überall waren noch Haare zu sehen. Auch in den Tagen dazwischen war die Reinigung ungründlich, Handtücher nicht ordentlich zusammengelegt. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht ausschalten. Personal an der Rezeption war top"

"The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad)."

"We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls.
