"The location was good for rental car and ferry connections. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. (Staff should be more aware that smoking on the sidewalk outside the lobby dooor lets smoke drift into the lobby and rooms.)"

"Thought I was booking one room for three guests, but got two, which was fine and worked out in our favor. The front desk lady was very helpful in providing us a map and instructions on how to use the metro and recommending destinations for us to go to. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning. In one of the two rooms the air conditioning was fine and was able to be adjusted but the other room could not, despite two calls to the front desk."

The rooms are small ( we got the budget room) but adequate with a very comfy bed and a great rainfall shower. Everywhere is meticulously clean! But what really disturbed me was the fact that the pool was not operating. No reason was provided for this. I was really looking forward to a good swim before a 12-flight. "We stayed at the Apollo Palm for 3 nights before our cruise. overall it is a great small hotel with everything you need. breakfast was included and was amble and delicious. The rooms are a bit outdated and potentially need the carpet replaced both in there and in the hallways, but overall beds were comfy.
