"This property is unique - there’s no typical receptionist, unless you’re lucky to catch someone working there. I had trouble with my access key and entrance into the lobby after hours as well as my room. The next morning, this had still not been resolved, so I called the number provided and it took 30 minutes to get access back into my room. "This hotel is "adequate" for someone who wants to visit NYC and see the sights while not spending too much time in the room. No lobby, no worker at the front desk, no gym. The room is small and the beds are comfortable. The Queen Deluxe room comes with a pull out single seat couch that you can sleep a teenager on. There is housekeeping. They send you a code to the front door and your room at 3pm on the day of arrival.
My main problem is the front door does not always latch closed,...

"The place was great, perfect location for our trip for a show at MSG. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is there weren’t any washcloths, so bring your own. Maybe you can request some after you get there though, we didn’t try."
