"I have used this hotel and accommodation for more than 40 years.....only for its location and proximity to the airport. The accommodation is poorly maintained....my most recent visit (room 10) there was hardly any toilet roll in the bathroom...fan controller was broken (very difficult to locate and switch it off on a cold night)....air con unit defective ...just blowing cold air...and there is never any tooth brush/paste in the bathroom."

"Check in is at a different location.
Although I booked & paid for parking, apparently, none was available at the actual property. Only managed to secure when advised of mobility issues requiring close proximity, hence booking car park! (We noticed multiple available parks the day of check in, later that evening and again when checking out.)
$150 bond taken when not listed anywhere in their T’s & C’s (at time of booking) with customer service rep stating it is released immediately on checkout. A...

"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles!
The free parking was appreciated.
I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."
