I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. "Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "

"A nice, safe hotel in the center of town. The front desk staff was very good, but the housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired. We asked at the front desk for extra pillows, which never came so we had to ask housekeeping. They, in turn, had to speak to someone higher up. Eventually the front desk staff brought the pillows after which housekeeping tried to bring them again. Also, we left the room one morning and returned early afternoon and the room had not been serviced. None every returned...
