"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"Great location for exploring beautiful Lyon. I did find our initial arrival into the hotel a bit awkward. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. Not easy with luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was certainly a good size. I did not realize there was no air conditioning and upon arrival the room was very warm.
