Nice bathroom. Soundproof windows. Fairly comfortable but very small beds. No lift, treacherous, curved carpeted stairs. Quite central, convenient location. Adequate lighting in room

Room was decent and clean. The bed was very firm. Staff was friendly. They did clean the room daily which was nice. Close to the train station less than 5 minute walk. If you want a place as a base and just to sleep, this place is no problem. Fair warning it gets loud in the evening just because you are in the city. If you don't care, bring some earplugs. Pricing was fine for what you expect.

There was no hot water for the shower in the morning and the sliding barn door to bathroom didn't work - had to fight to get it open and closed. Kept falling off the track. Not sure how I missed it but no elevator and we were on 2nd floor (3rd floor for US) with heavy suitcases.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. Eventually he relented and I moved to a more secure room. At breakfast I requested café au lait. I got instant coffee. It was undrinkable. Overall, it’s a grubby little place. It’s only plus is its location.

Hôtel pratique par sa position géographique près de Perrache et du tram mais assez vieillissant dans les lieux communs. Le rideau n’était pas assez obstruant dans la chambre. Personnel sympathique toutefois. Correct pour une soirée étape.
