The location was ideal, easy walking to shopping, restaurants, metro and bus stops. I really liked that there was staff 24 hours and they were very helpful. I was facing the avenue and it was extremely noisy, and it wasn't even summer. Other than the noise, I was very happy with my stay.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! It felt like we were transported back in time. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. The breakfast, while simple, was delicious and hit the spot. Being right in the heart of the city allowed us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again and again!

Basic room in great location

The room was a little bare bones overall. A great location. the toilet was very loud & made strange sounds when flushed. however, it never had any problems. The AirCon worked okay which was a positive since we were there in a heat wave. It was clean & quiet. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The staff were all polite & helpful.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous position in Lyon, everything in walking distance. Friendly staff, gerat breakfast. Hotel has a lift, excellent. We had a family room so lots of space, thank you for a lovely stay.

The good: property is in a great location in the centre of town and just a few minutes from the train station. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The bad: The hotel is in poor condition and in need of refurbishment. When we arrived our air conditioner had a massive leak all over the carpet (to their credit, they gave us a new room). We also got stuck in the lift, which was quite frightening. The hotel staff were able to get us out and told us that sometimes the lift malfunctions in bad weather. After the second time the lift didn't work properly we stopped using it, which was annoying because we were on the 5th floor. The rooms were otherwise ok but our toilet also needed a few tries to flush properly. A little bit of investment would really improve the experience as the hotel is in a great location and an otherwise lovely place.

This is a pretty basic hotel with not a lot of amenities but it’s clean, quiet and in a good spot between Perrache Gare and Place Bellecour. A couple little markets close by and a quick walk to metro that will take you just about anywhere…or walk 10 minutes to Old Town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there are no drawers in the room or bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall happy with the experience.

We checked in late-our train had a delay of almost 120 minutes, the person who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, polite.The room was okay. The only thing I canno recommend is the breakfast, in the country of baguettes and croissants I would expect to get fresh good tsting croissants and baguettes.. sorry.. these were old.

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Lyon, everything was walking distance, many shops and restaurants are just downstairs. The hotel room was nice inside, AC worked really well. The hallway smelled like smoked and the stairway was dirty. The shower was very small, better just removing the door and put a shower curtain. The glass door would open leaving water in the bathroom. Aside from those issues, I would stay here again.

It may seems a little thing but I would have liked some regular tissue instead of just toilet paper. And I only figured out how to rise the volume on the remote for the TV the day before I quit. But I guess it's me, being not too acustomised to that remote

Property was good. Really unhappy as they booked us a airport transfer was told €60 the driver did not speak English and took €100 euro as we waited for change he took off without giving us change. I rang hotel and they were surprised I was told it’s usually €55-60. I recieved an email shortly after claiming its €100-125. They now haven’t replied for a solution in 3 days. Long story short, Don’t book airport transfer through this hotel!
