"Look, it was an incredible experience staying at Sunrock. Everything worked perfectly well from the very beginning. The check-in was smooth, even though we arrived at night, and the staff was extremely attentive at all times. When we arrived, dinner service had already ended, but with great kindness, they prepared sandwiches for us, which made all the difference after the trip. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner the next day was simply delicious. It was truly a very rewarding experience to be in this place… welcoming, well-organized, and with genuine care for the guests. Without a doubt, the next time I’m in Johannesburg, I will stay here again."

"The airport shuttle was exceptional. It runs every 15 mins between the airport and the hotel. This was our second time staying here. The hotel is very clean and the service was excellent. "

"Front desk staff totally non customer focused Aircon didn’t work in our room. Lovely technician tried for 45 minutes in our room to repair We asked to just sleep in empty room next door T 9.30 pm and not have to pack up and movie but front desk said not a good business proposal from their point of view as would be getting two rooms instead of one We said bad business to not be customer focused she said company rules I said that sucks Had we packed up and moved rooms it still would have meant they had two rooms used til 9.30am anyway So we slept with no air and will never use Radisson again We explained again in the morning to head guy on desk and he said sorry but not willing to even offer free coffee while we waited for 10am shuttle "

"My recent stay at The Pivot Hotel was an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. We have always loved the vibrant energy of the Montecasino complex. Located in the heart of Fourways, it serves as a serene Mediterranean-inspired escape from the Johannesburg bustle. The Venetian-style architecture and the tranquil lake views create a unique "resort" feel. It’s a relief to step out of the high-energy casino environment and into the calm, sophisticated lobby of The Pivot.As always my room was spacious and spotless. The bedding was high-quality, and I particularly appreciated the welcome gift that had been left in the room for us. The staff were attentive from check-in to departure. Being just a short walk across the bridge to Montecasino is a huge plus. It provides easy access to world-class dining, theaters, and entertainment without the noise of the casino floor reaching your room. Breakfast at Punchinello’s was a standout. The variety of the buffet was impressive, and the terrace seating is the best way to start a morning in South Africa. We unfortunately only had the one night and had to move to our next destination. For those looking for a great hotel , the Pivot offers a level of quiet luxury that is hard to beat in the area. I would definitely return."
