"Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"Newly refurbished historic property very well done comfortable rooms with fireplace walking distance to everything you need historic sites food transportation close to Harvard Square and nice museums. Nice breakfast is included. Area felt very safe for solo travelers I will stay again on my next visit to this area. Staff was very accommodating."
