"our room was really dirty. we arrived around 7:00 pm. the coffee spoon had a hair. they did not clean our room properly. there were some small balloons from previous guest in the wardrobe. the water was leaking in the bathroom a whole night. there were so many mosquitoes. we would not recommend this hotel. "Stayed in a panoramic suite with balcony and hill view. Very nice room with additional seating area, bi-fold doors to average size balcony. Grab / Taxi needed to get to main Town but averaged at only 34000VND. Breakfast is limited for westerners with just eggs and bread / toast. Hotel is located half way up a hill so for anyone with mobility issues will, transport will be required. Overall, very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again if in Dalat. "
