"Big resort . Lots of pools and great places to eat . Loved being next to the whaler plaza . Room was clean and spacious. Only downside air conditioning didn’t work that great ."

"The condo was just ok in the garden section of the complex. It smelled moldy the whole time. Needs to be updated a bit. It was fine for our two nights. I’ve stayed in way better condos in that complex but I had a last minute change in plans so I’m glad that condo was available. The price was way too high for garden view in that complex. I guess the gardeners didn’t work the weekend so our patio and the whole complex was full of dry fallen leaves and dead flowers. When the gardeners came on Monday they used gas powered blowers and the smell came into our condo and choked us!"

"Staff at this hotel was excellent. They treated us and other guests like it was a 5 star resort! There were tons of amenities and extras that they had available to us (like filtered water, reusable beach bag, towels for the beach/pool). Would definitely stay here again!"

"We got to the property for check in, had reception guy that is not exactly the best at greeting or got the best customer service award, the ladies and Kasper were nice, the place is under construction / renovation, no restaurants or gym available, the beach in under water due to the hurricane. Beautiful sunset and good coffee at the shop 808! The room is good for two, since you share the entrance with another condo, hopefully the people next to you is quiet and don’t turn on the lights at 5 am. Nice place overall."
