"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling!
