"The Strat is a clean, well maintained property at budget price compared to other properties on the strip. If you are on the fence about renting a car while you are in Vegas, the Strat may be a good offering. The bus from airport drops off and picks up a quarter block from the Strat. Downtown is a 15 minute walk away, same for most other resorts on Strip. One bonus is when you are off strip, you can buy a 24 hour bus pass for $5.00. That allows you access to all buses, including the deuce. Makes jumping around the strip, downtown and outlet malls super easy and without the $20 per hour parking nonsense."

"When you arrive at Hotel after long journey with prior bookings reservations staff should help to arrange room so we can rest but here most of staff is not available specially if you arrive on weekend and after hours . No one to guide you no one to help you no one whom you can speak I have spent 2 hrs in Queue just to get my own room as there was counter to get room automated but was showing only one room for second room there was no one How to move your luggage no one was there to guide you How to use amenities no one there to guide you Food options are too limited or shopping options Very vital one can’t ask to wait for 2 hrs after such a long exhausting journey very bad customer service Paid breakfast should be provided by restaurant"

"The property itself was fun and the pool was nice and refreshing. However, the room was only cleaned twice during our visit and we needed to request more toilet paper, towels, and conditioner since they hadn’t adequately cleaned and kept up with the room."
