"Atendimento excelente, hotel limpo, cafe da manhã ótimo, localização excelente. Faltou secador de cabelo em um dos quartos e pegamos e tbm, por Poços ser um lugar mais frio, sugiro que os Ar sejam quente e frio. Mas isso não vai me impedir de retornar. Obrigada !"

"Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again. "

"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! "Hotel é bem localizado e limpo. Os funcionários são agradáveis e dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã é bom. O quarto é grande mas é ruim. Tudo muito antigo, com pontos de mofo e ferrugem, chuveiro funcionou de forma precária e pingou a noite toda, porta do banheiro não fechava. "

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
