No free parking, ok, maybe it’s my fault not to check carefully but the indoor pool was rent to a private swimming class and it’s occupied till 7pm on Sunday and it’s not told until I checked in and saw the notice on the desk! And no breakfast available even you are willing to pay

We stayed at Ascott for 3 days and 2 nights. I love our executive suite. It feels like home. However, their wifi is so slow if you’re using your mobile phone but it was fast using a laptop.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was to die for with amazing view. The buffet breakfast that was included was really good with lots of selection. To top it off, we booked this unit for 3 people. Upon checkin, I was asked if I wanted an extra bed added at no extra cost. Amazing service.

This is my 2nd time staying in the Ascott, I was here exactly 1 yr ago too. Initially was given a room on the 3rd floor~ the wooden parquet flooring was badly cracked so I requested for a change. Thnkfully, the receptionist got us a room on the 5th floor whivh was alot better but my only complain was that it reeked of smoke despite being a non smoking room. Generally, I find the location and price for the size of the room good but wish they would upgrade their pillows and have a variery of soft and hard ones.

Quiet sanctuary in a busy casino city
Beautiful lobby, spacious and well-appointed executive suite. Staff at front desk, especially Coey, has been most accommodating. They help celebrate my sister's (who was travelling with us) birthday with a signed card and a birthday cupcake. They made us feel at home.

Good clean rooms and good location. Breakfast was very subpar though, I didn't even eat it as it looked so unappetizing :( I think it's not run but the hotel but an outside mainland restaurant so the quality of the food and staff were bad. Skip the breakfast and eat somewhere else

It was good but the buffet breakfast food must be improved to have various choices of viand. The buffet breakfast viand were the same from day 1 to day 5. The fresh fruits are good.

No guest experience oriented hotel
Overall all experience was below expectation and the whole experiences was not matching the brand standards. From check-in, answering phone-call, staff greetings, amenities in room, and cleanliness of facilities are below non-international chain hotel brands.

A staff at the front desk named Stephanie wasn’t nice and was very condescending for no reason... Everything else and everyone else are actually fine. Good space and good amenities. Will come back, just hope that we won’t be served by Stephanie.

Property still considered quite new. The living and kitchen area combined is rather big. Overall would see it as quite spacious and well maintained. Liked the fact that it’s not a casino but near to many of the big ones so the free shuttle buses are around, with the nearest being the MGM Macau. There is also a 24hr MacDonalds literally just across the road.

Great location across from MGM Macau and within walking distance to Wynn. Really friendly staff. Spacious, elegant and clean Executive Suite. There were a couple of minor problems in the room - such as a difficult to close bedroom door in the suite, and a kitchen without a single kitchen towel.

one of the worst traveling experience. Several facts: 1. we arrived at the hotel 4:00pm, but were told the room yet available. We got the room at 6:00pm. 2. the A/C is very noisy, much affecting our sleeping. 3. the quilt is smelly, making us unable to sleep. 4. But badly, I found an opened condom plastic pack under basin.

We had a one-bedroom apartment suite on the 7th floor which had the following amenities: - Self-contained kitchen (which we didn't make use of) - Washer/dryer: one of the reasons that we booked this apartment hotel, it's convenient - Good, separate aircond for bedroom & living area - Good view of the streets below (could see MGM across the street) - Great bathroom with separate bath tub & shower - it also had a TV in the tub area The gym was very spacious but not many exercising equipment. This was more than adequate for our needs though. Good indoor & outdoor pools. Good buffet breakfast with a wide variety There's no shuttle bus provided by the hotel but about 2 blocks away, there's a shuttle bus service in front of the StarWorld hotel This was a family friendly hotel and we will make use of in the future

The overall experience was good. Their suites were clean and spacious. However, on our check-in date, the key card system of the hotel was in a mess. We get into problem in activate their elevators and room door. It was quite troublesome to ask their staffs to help whenever we encountered the problem, although their staffs’ attitude was pleasing. Anyway, it indicated that their computer system was not very reliable. In addition, their WIFI signal was not strong and it’s connection had some intermittent issue.

The staff is very nice but not the management. After I have a neutral survey in Expedia, the manager email me a high bureaucratic response. They should more attentive to details such as preparing the suite for the number of guest instead of lack of one whole set of everything. Blanket has to come with cover or sheet. Response has to be courtesy not staff. Pardon, I am not a lecturer. Avoid the management!!!

There was no shampoo conditioner in the room. I got it on the phone. There was a little dust in the kitchen or bathroom. The fruit of the breakfast was various and delicious.

Nice area with no casino in the building
Good sized room. The beds were a little uncomfortable and so were the pillows. There was a great selection for breakfast but sadly all the hot breakfast items like bacon, hash browns baked beans were cold every morning.The facilities were there to keep the food warm but the restaurant staff insisted on keeping the lids to the hot food open even when we kept closing them they judt didnt seem to grasp the concept of keeping the food hot.

Arrive 15:30 and room still not ready, ask for booking a taxi but get the message, walk to MGM There is a lot, have late check out, reception call me 1 hour before and say better check out now since your already in the room, people wait to check in, never more Ascott hotel
