"What stood out most is the staff. Very friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful and genuine in their everyday interactions with guests. We got help parking our car upon arrival, enjoyed their daily happy hour and dessert offerings, and their daily included breakfast was simply amazing! The charm of the hotel decor, and the beautiful view of the Tuscan hills from our corner suite made it feel like we were transported in time.
