"It was ok the house was clean and modern but my room had some issues that were never resolved No blinds on the window.. then i found them in drawer Headboard broken Temperature knob for radiator snapped off"

"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the house was unsafe and it was dangerous for fire no fire escape from the room. The room hadn't been readied there was no bed linen and it wasn't ready to go into so we had to wait for a hour. "

"We loved staying in this house. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the house as a base for Alton Towers which was a 25 minute drive away. We was left a welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated, and noticed the little touches like travel cots and high chairs, and a play room at the back of the house so perfect for families. There was room on the drive for 2 cars. We had a little issue when we was there and I was able to call the owner right...

"The place was cold - no heating had been put on in anticipation of our arrival. No instructions on how to control the heating - we finally found the control unit hidden on the top of a cupboard in the kitchen. Kitchen sink had a big crack in it. Shoddy décor throughout. Bed in main bedroom: let's just say the springs and mattress have seen better days. The bathroom floor is collapsing because (I assume) water from the shower. Didn't dare actually use the shower but the shower head looked...

"Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay"
