A experiĆŖncia foi muito boa! O pessoal do hotel Ć© super gentil e solĆ­cito. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© Ć³timo e a localizaĆ§Ć£o realmente Ć© excelente. Hotel muito bem localizado, com cafĆ© da manhĆ£ excelente e funcionĆ”rios super atenciosos. SĆ³ uma dica, evite ficarm nos quartos com janela para rua (principalmente no tĆ©rreo), pois aos finais de semana te um posto em frete ao hotel e de madrugada ficam escutando mĆŗsica alta (o hotel nĆ£o tem culpa), porĆ©m as janelas nĆ£o tem vedaĆ§Ć£o de barulhos externos, o que pode atrapalhar seu sono.

Virada De ano pƩssimo!

Pior experiĆŖncia de todas! - cafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito fraco (alĆ©m disso, fiquei no quarto 19 onde tem um buraco na frente do quarto e as 05:30h vocĆŖ escuta tudo da cozinha). E o pior foi ligar na recepĆ§Ć£o e a pessoa falar: ā€œchegou carne, aĆ­ o barulho Ć© assim mesmo!ā€ PeraĆ­ nĆ©? Desde quando liquidificador e conversas fiadas tem haver com carne? - cama: pĆ©ssima! SĆ£o duas de solteiros juntas com os colchƵes velhos!! - limpeza: pĆ©ssima! Tinha barata no banheiro! - Hotel com contenĆ§Ć£o de toalhas. Pedi toalha de rosto e me deram de banho. - conversas no corredor de hĆ³spedes. - falta manutenĆ§Ć£o de tudo!! Resumo: nĆ£o indico!!! E acho que nĆ£o vale a nota que tem aqui!! O hotel Ć© simples, mas bem agradĆ”vel. Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o muito cordiais! A limpeza tambĆ©m ganha nota 10. O quarto era bem espaƧoso e confortĆ”vel. No entanto, a acĆŗstica do quarto nĆ£o Ć© tĆ£o satisfatĆ³ria, sendo que se ouve o que se passa no corredor e tambĆ©m na avenida do hotel, que Ć© uma avenida movimentada. O cafĆ©-da-manhĆ£ poderia se estender mais aos fins de semana (finaliza as 09:30 h). NĆ£o gostei tanto das comidas oferecidas, mas nĆ£o sei se seria pelo fato de que chegava jĆ” ao final. Ovo com muita manteiga, alguns pĆ£es duros, presunto de baixa qualidade.

Atendimento de toda equipe do hotel, do conforto e atenĆ§Ć£o dos funcionĆ”rios, a comodidade de tudo estar perto, pra quem curte barzinhos, pub club, casas de show, baladas, pizzarias, tudo muito perto, alĆ©m de oferecerem os melhores passeios, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© excelente, tudo muito bem organizado e pontual, a limpeza da piscina me impressionou, pois quase todos os dias estava limpa e apropriada pra banho, nĆ£o Ć© a toa que o hotel estava com 100% da sua capacidade de hospedes. Eu sĆ³ tenho a agradecer a todos que me atenderam com muito carinho e atenĆ§Ć£o.
