"The staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception and dining staff. The room was good, food too and a nice pool. I hoped for a sauna as there was a picture of one but it was in the process of being built."

"The room was clean on arrival. However, the room was not cleaned for 5 days I was there. There was some coffe pods on the first day, then no replacements. I did ask for more coffee, milk and sugar. They gave 3 coffee, no milk or sugar. Breakfast was okay, however the hot options were scrambled eggs and bacon. 2 days they did put on chicken sausages and beans. There were other continental options. The evening menu was the same for every night. Except Sunday when it was closed. Would not stay here again. To far out from everywhere. "

The only thing to know about the hotel is that the building itself is 5 or 7 sided, so the rooms have strange angles. For example, the bathroom seems small for the size of the room, but that is only because of the odd shape of the entire room. The location is excellent. Steps from the main train station and a quick walk to the downtown core. 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Radboud University."
