"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. "On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. "The staff was friendly, the place is so convenient, a few minutes walk away from the train. The town will make you feel like you are a local, you will see kids playing around , which tell you the are is very safe . It’s far far away from the airport, 2 hours ride in taxi and then 2 1/2 hours ride in train, there’s no cars allow in the town so you won’t be able to get there by car, you have to take the train like it or not .
