"Considering how crowded Machu Picchu Pueblo is, this hotel’s location is great. It may be right next to the train tracks, but at least it’s flat and there isn’t constant foot traffic. Anywhere in this town will be noisy - either from the trains or the river. Pros- staff will meet you at the train station to escort you to the hotel.(A very wonderful surprise). Friendly staff. "We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, King bed was great, and we had a small seating area in our suite, which was nice. The bathroom was adequate, not luxury but definitely as expected. The view was fantastic out the window!"

"The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!"
