"The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was a lovely touch and we enjoyed it on the roof deck, as well as the sangria or cucumber water in the afternoons. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore both the tourist areas and the more quiet local spots. The room was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Bedding was comfortable and the seating area was very cute. We loved this place and will certainly go back!"

"New upgrades led to cheap purchases. Upon arrival, sink immediately filled and clogged to which the maintenance staff already knew due to remodel. Space was clean. Bathroom was real tight."

They also switched my hotel from Bellvue House to Inn on Bellvue saying my original room was taken (what???) Breakfast was not in the hotel either - had to walk down a few properties. Front desk was rarely staffed - most times I went there nobody was manning the desk or...
