One of our 2 rooms was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in--despite the receptionist calling me on my cell to tell me that the room was ready. "We reserved our room last minute off Expedia. Martin, the manager warned us of the sub-optimal accommodations left and we coaxed him into letting us stay anyway. "We understand that some places are outdated and a little run down from time and use but this was beyond that. The room was not cleaned throughly, there was a phone but it did not work. the cord for the hair drier hanging on the wall was caked in dust from never being wiped off. The light switches also caked with gunk, a puddle of pee on the base of the toilet and some gunk that came out of the jets when we turned on the jacuzzi. "Our stay ok.. there was no breakfast.. The pool area is very poorly maintained.There was stuff torn apart, stuffed kids could hurt themselves on it really needs to be maintenance.
