Room ,A/C were what I expected it to be. Very modern and was way beyond my expectations. Staff from check-in and check-out were very respectful, kind and helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good as well. Airport transport arranged was on time and driver Junel was very helpful. I would highly recommend and would definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing.

No major issues. Great resort overall - I can even say that it is the best resort in Cebu. Some of the amenities need refresh (I understand that is in progress). My recommendation is that this resort tries to do more to be child friendly e.g. add water slides etc.

A truly 5 star hotel in a beautiful location. Staff couldn’t do enough. Beautiful clean room.

Clean and elegant. Staff are friendly.

Great place to stay. The hotel is in Mactan Newton which is new, very clean area, safe, loads of amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bar etc and near the airport. The hotel is well maintained. Staff brilliant. Breakfast is fantastic. Loads of choices. We stayed here 3x whilst we travelled the Philippines for 3 weeks. We stored our luggage at the hotel. We will definitely stay again as we have decided we will fly international to Cebu instead of Manila when we return.

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were good with really comfy beds. The downside was the water was not very hot in my shower however My friend was in a different room said hers was fime. Overall a good place to stay

We chose the Dusit based on the reputation and we were not dissapointed. We had been traveling around the south of Cebu and needed somewhere for an overnight stay before our flight, but I wish we had stayed longer. We were warmly greeted with cold water and cold towels, and check in was very quick and easy. Room was nice, clean and reasonably spacious. Room down the sides of the bed was limited. Whilst the bathroom was clean and in good condition, but the design was a little flawed as the...

As a hotelier since the day I graduated from university—and having worked with Accor for 13 years—finally getting back to stay again at one of my favourite ACCOR properties, Movenpick Mactan Cebu, was something I truly looked forward to. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met—from the security guard and bellboy to the front desk team, breakfast staff, and even the lifeguards—welcomed us with such warm, genuine smiles. This is the true spirit of Filipino hospitality: not just doing a job,...

The staff were great ..i only stopped one night but they were so helpful and cheerful al the time. The room was great..lovely and clean and all that you needed. Definitely stop again when visiting Cebu..rooftop terrace and real bonus .

Clean room and helpful staff

Very good.We would definitely love to go back. It is a place to relax. The place is far from Cebu City because of heavy traffic. Super place with children

Very handy to add from the airport.

An amazing modern hotel, but built in a traditional style. The staff were all super helpful. The food is nice with two separate restaurants. The beach in front of the hotel is kept clean. The on-site spa (with massage) and the two swimming pool are all brilliant.

Well refurbished after the storm. Nice and quiet at the moment. Friendly staff.
