"Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. Thank you Kristina"

Listed some things for them to look at. Dead bolt did not lock. Lamp changed lighting without being touched. Bathroom fan noisy when first turned on. Metal plate behind shower knob needed tightening.
