"Lorsque l'on parle de confort, je pense qu'il faut vraiment mettre les moyens. Dans la chambre, présence d'un chauffage pas opérationnel et pourtant il ne fait trop chaud en cette période. Idem dans la salle de bain : pas de possibilité de faire fonctionner le radiateur. Une amélioration en terme de confort dans les chambres est vraiment nécessaire. C'est vraiment dommage."
