"Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that."

"The property is a three-star hotel. It's biggest advantage is that there is not a lot of competition in the area--just one nice hotel, which is more expensive than this one. The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars.
